About this game
This Game Boy version of Reversi is Tony Wang’s GB BASIC starter-kit game. Choose black or white on the title menu and play against the computer. Place a disc so that one or more opposing discs lie between it and another of your own discs; the trapped discs turn to your colour.
Use the arrow keys to move the hand cursor and X to confirm a menu choice or place a disc. Brackets mark the legal squares during your turn. After a move, wait for the computer to finish thinking and for the legal-move markers to return. The counters beside the board show each side’s current disc total.
Look beyond the number of discs a single move flips. Check which replies it leaves the computer before choosing your next square.
