About this game
Anacreon is a turn-based space strategy game about rebuilding an empire among scattered worlds. The bundled help describes the version 2.0 interface. Worlds differ in their environments and functions, so expansion requires more than sending the nearest fleet to every unexplored position.
Inspect world information and military strength before committing ships. Fuel, including trillium, and the production role assigned to a world shape what your empire can support. Fleet destinations use the map’s coordinates, measured relative to the capital. Giving a fleet an order does not move it immediately: the movement occurs when the turn advances.
The function keys provide separate world, military, fleet and empire reports. F1 opens the original help; Page Up and Page Down move through it and End returns to its index. Close a report with Escape to return to the map.
