About this game
BassTour turns a fishing tournament into a combination of navigation, tackle selection and time management. The goal is the heaviest five-fish limit for each day. Travel, equipment changes and fishing consume time, so plan a return for weigh-in rather than spending the whole day at a distant spot.
The boat has an outboard motor and a separate trolling motor. Use O for the outboard and T for the trolling motor; Insert and Delete change speed. Select a rod with R before entering cast mode with C or F5.
Controls change with the mode. Outside cast mode, the direction keys move the boat. In cast mode they aim the cast marker; Space or F10 casts. Q/W/E/A/D/Z/X/C instead move the boat while casting. Keep Num Lock off when using the numeric keypad for normal boat movement.
