About this game
TigerFox is a maze chase with an unusual control scheme: you steer by turning left or right relative to the direction you are already facing. Your small circular character has a nose that shows its heading. A fox leaves a trail to collect, while a tiger pursues you.
Collect the entire trail before catching the fox from behind. The original instructions award one point per trail mark and 100 for a valid catch; catching too soon costs 250 points, and the tiger gains 250 when it catches you. Dotted gates are available to the player, whereas open gates can also be used by the animals.
Everett Kaser first wrote TigerFox in 1984; this package contains the DOS 2.1 conversion dated August 1990. Its 45 mazes can be selected without completing the preceding one, but manually advancing does not award a completion bonus. Press F1 and then another key to start the selected maze.

Watch the nose on your circular character. Left and Right are turns, not absolute movement across the screen.
